1. Booking Confirmation

(a) Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.

(b) Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of $20.

(c) To cancel a booking, please contact our customer service team via phone or email.

 

3. Waiting Time Policy

(a) For one-way and departure services, a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is provided. Any additional waiting time will be charged at our standard waiting time rates.

(b) For arrival services, a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes is provided from the confirmed arrival time. Any additional waiting time will be charged at our standard waiting time rates.

(c) It is the passenger's responsibility to inform us of any delays or changes to their travel schedule to ensure timely service.

 

4. Passenger Conduct

(a) Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner during the journey. MRA Maxicab reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate behavior.

(b) Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the booking period.

 

5. Liability

(a) MRA Maxicab is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues.

(b) Our liability is limited to providing the service as booked. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

 

6. Payment Terms

(a) Payment must be made on time as agreed with MRA Maxicab.

(b) We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payments with an additional surcharge of 10%.
